Quality Assurance & Testing
Zero-Defect Philosophy
Reliability in the field starts in our lab. Every component we manufacture undergoes a multi-stage verification process to ensure it meets both your specifications and international safety standards.
Our Testing Protocol
Before any shipment leaves our facility, it is subjected to rigorous electrical and physical validation:
- LCR Testing: Precise measurement of Inductance (L), Quality Factor (Q), and Resistance (DCR).
- Leakage Inductance Verification: Ensuring switching spikes stay within your semiconductor's SOA (Safe Operating Area).
- Hi-Pot & Dielectric Testing: Standard testing up to 5kV or per customer specification to ensure insulation integrity.
- Turns Ratio Verification: Automated testing to guarantee voltage accuracy.

- Thermal Cycling: (Optional/Upon Request) Validating performance under extreme temperature fluctuations to prevent core cracking or insulation breakdown.
- Compliance: Our processes are aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards, and all materials used are RoHS and REACH compliant.
